Each message hits POST /api/message on the Cloudflare Worker at api.just-pepper.me. D1 stores the ledger. KV holds session and rate-limit state. The Language Parser, KYC Screener and Fraud Adjudicator agents run as deterministic fallbacks; Workers AI wires in when the regex parser returns unknown.
